A Program Built Around Identity, Character & Intentional Growth
Who You're Becoming™ is a youth development program that encourages young people to think beyond peer pressure, social approval, and external expectations — and make intentional decisions about who they are becoming.
Through the B.E.C.O.M.E.™ framework, students explore six interconnected areas of personal development: belief in their own worth, the choices they make every day, the people and influences they allow into their lives, ownership of their story, the impact they can make, and how they can elevate others around them.
